- Shipping


Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email and tracking information will be provided, order by midnight for next day dispatch, this is not applicable on weekends.

The cost of shipping is estimated during checkout and may vary depending on the quantity and the size of the product(s). If shipping is not available, please contact us on enquiries@germanparts.co.uk for further assistance with the following: shipping address and product

 

- International shipping

We ship to over 15 countries at present and will be adding more soon, here is the list of countries we ship to

GERMANY - FRANCE - ITALY - SPAIN - AUSTRIA - BELGIUM - CYRUS - FINLAND - GIBRALTAR - GREECE - LITHUANIA - MALTA - POLAND - PORTUGAL - TURKEY

 

- Damages

All our products are professionally packed and checked before dispatch. We would ask that you do not refuse any packages, couriers services can cause damage to the box and in most cases the product will remain in good condition. All damages should be reported to enquiries@germanparts.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your goods, unfortunately if damages are not reported within this timeframe we cannot replace your goods.

We will require:

  • Images of the packaging

  • Images of the product(s) condition

  • Order number


You should not install or tamper with a damaged product(s) before a decision is made as this may invalidate your claim.



- Duties


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country's government. GERMAN PARTS is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries. It is therefore customers responsibility to check the duty rates for orders delivered to your country, the amount must be paid to clear the item via customs, so the courier service can continue delivery.
